Help us continue helping local residents.

In the 2010 - 2011 financial year the Centre had 11,298 enquiries for its services with 53% of these requesting Emergency Relief. 

Frankston Community Support and Information Centre aims to assist people deal with their immediate crisis situation in a way that maintains dignity and encourages self-reliance. Over the last 12 months our volunteers worked a total of 13,151 hours, mainly providing local people in crisis with food to make their family a meal and suppling vouchers for the costs of other immediate essential items.

Their support goes hand-in-hand with giving people information about other community services and activities which may help them to improve their situation.

Donated Goods

The Frankston Community Support and Information Centre continually seeks donations of:

  • Non-perishable and non-date expired groceries

  • New baby goods (especially disposable nappies and baby formula)

  • Christmas fare (see Annual Community Appeal)
