Subject to assessment, low cost, affordable loans available for the purchase of whitegoods, furniture, education and essential medical items to people with a Health Care or Pension card. An initial assessment is required and applications are assessed on an individual basis. Applicants must have resided at the same address for at least three months and be able to show payment history for rent and other household bills.
