Mission Statement
Frankston Community Support and Information Centre is committed to provide the citizens of Frankston City with high-quality services based on social justice to support their social, emotional and physical well being.

Statement of Purposes
The Frankston Community Support and Information Centre Incorporated is a non-profit Association whose purposes are to:
- Provide direct aid for the residents of Frankston City in need of relief from poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune, destitution or helplessness.
- Respond to the needs of local residents by offering a range of information and support services, most of which can be provided capably by trained community volunteer workers.
- Encourage the interest and provide opportunities for residents of Frankston to become involved in providing services and addressing community issues.
- Contribute to the development of Frankston by working in partnership with other local groups and organisation on community projects, services and activities.
- Make representation to governments, other organisations and the community on behalf of individuals and groups whose needs are not being met adequately by current services.
