This service provides free health care to pets of those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
Pets are checked for parasites, infectious diseases, wounds and lumps plus given vaccinations supplied through donations.
Frankston Pets in the Park is held in a public open space once a month by volunteer vets who offer free advice and treatment. The Melbourne project is based on the Sydney "Pets in the Park" model.
